The North Texas Coalition Against Human Trafficking is happy to announce that we will be resuming our monthly coalition meetings beginning in September 2011. We hope to see many familiar faces and increase NTCAHT's impact in our area with an expanded membership and increased activity in our communities.

New members will include six social service agencies from around North Texas that are partnering with Mosaic Family Services and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Campaign to Rescue and Restore Victims of Human Trafficking to conduct extensive community outreach to identify trafficked people and raise awareness of this issue. These agencies include The Henderson County HELP Center in Athens, Opening Doors Immigration Services in Denton, ACH Child and Family Services in Fort Worth, Freedom House in Weatherford, Grayson County Crisis Center in Sherman, and Shelter Agencies for Families of East Texas in Mt. Pleasant.
